Who We Are

With the End in Mind, LLC uproots white supremacy beliefs and characteristics and plants seeds of change within groups, organizations, and systems. Our work is driven and guided by those we serve and their desire to be co-laborers in abolishing oppressive systems in order to liberate us all.  We choose to work with those who invite us in because they want to seriously uproot the system of white dominance in all its forms.

What We Do

COACHING

Training is a beginning step toward systemic change in any agency or organization. Continued coaching to deepen learned knowledge, skills, and abilities is essential for long-lasting change.

CONSULTATION

Consultation is often helpful to guide leaders and groups through specific challenges that are arising as organizational shifts are being made.

FACILITATION

Facilitation is an art which requires tending to what is being said in the space and what remains unsaid. Facilitation requires tending to what is happening in the world which is impacting participants in the space while also tending to the various lived experiences spending time together in space (physical &/or virtual). Our facilitation, regardless of the topic, is focused on supporting each individual to feel seen, heard, and valued for all of who they are.

WORKSHOPS & TRAINING

In addition to regularly offered training and workshops, we will customize training for your agency or organization based on assessed needs and strengths during an initial consultation. All training will be grounded in racial equity and trauma informed principles.

Our Approach

What Our Community Members Say About Us

 Sierra Stuart

 RN, MSN, DNP

It takes a lot of courage to talk about the hard things: trauma, privilege, racism. We all know that. But to talk about these things in a formal setting, with one of the goals being to help [individuals] identify their own bias/privileges/etc., that takes a whole lot more. Both Molly and Mila possess not only the courage, but the passion, experience, knowledge and allyship to speak on these topics in an inclusive and meaningful way. I cannot recommend these two and their services enough.
