Who We Are

With the End in Mind, LLC uproots white supremacy beliefs and characteristics and plants seeds of change within groups, organizations, and systems. Our work is driven and guided by those we serve and their desire to be co-laborers in abolishing oppressive systems in order to liberate us all.  We choose to work with those who invite us in because they want to seriously uproot the system of white dominance in all its forms.

At the core of all we do are...

An Equity Focus Led With Race

"Racial equity is the condition that would be achieved if one's racial identity no longer predicted, in a statistical sense, how one fares. When we use the term, we are thinking about racial equity as one part of racial justice, and thus we also include work to address root causes of inequities, not just their manifestation. This includes elimination of policies, practices, attitudes, and cultural messages that reinforce differential outcomes by race or that fail to eliminate them."

Naming & Identifying
White Supremacy Culture Characteristics

"...white supremacy culture trains us all to internalize attitudes and behaviors that do not serve any of us."

Racial Equity Principles

"These racial equity principles were developed by the Dismantling Racism Works collaborative after a decade of experience working with and for community based leaders and organizations living into their racial justice commitment. Over our years of working together, members of the collaborative have added to the principles based on our evolving understanding of what we need in order to support racial justice work. We have found these principles to ground us powerfully in the wisdom they offer as we navigate the challenges, constraints, and violations of white supremacy culture. As we build the world we want and deserve. As we become free."

Trauma Informed Practices

"Trauma Informed Care (TIC) is an approach, based on knowledge of the impact of trauma, aimed at ensuring environments and services are welcoming and engaging for service recipients and staff."

FACILITATION

Facilitation is an art which requires tending to what is being said in the space and what remains unsaid. Facilitation requires tending to what is happening in the world which is impacting participants in the space while also tending to the various lived experiences spending time together in space (physical &/or virtual). Our facilitation, regardless of the topic, is focused on supporting each individual to feel seen, heard, and valued for all of who they are.

In addition to regularly offered training and workshops, we will customize training for your agency or organization based on assessed needs and strengths during an initial consultation. All training will be grounded in racial equity and trauma informed principles.

What Our Community Members Say About Us

 Sierra Stuart

 RN, MSN, DNP

It takes a lot of courage to talk about the hard things: trauma, privilege, racism. We all know that. But to talk about these things in a formal setting, with one of the goals being to help [individuals] identify their own bias/privileges/etc., that takes a whole lot more. Both Molly and Mila possess not only the courage, but the passion, experience, knowledge and allyship to speak on these topics in an inclusive and meaningful way. I cannot recommend these two and their services enough.
